This notice explains how ACG Media Ltd ("ACG Media", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit this website or contact us. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
ACG Media Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We are a private limited company registered in England and Wales with company number 17436625. Our registered office is Mustians, Eton Wick Road, Windsor, SL4 6EX, United Kingdom.

What we collect
When you use the contact form
- Your name and email address
- Your company name and website or social profile, if you give them
- The services you're interested in and your message
The form sends your enquiry to our inbox by email. We don't store submissions in a separate database.
When you email us or work with us
We keep the correspondence and any details needed to discuss, provide and invoice our services.
When you browse the site
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see aggregate visitor numbers. It does not use cookies and does not identify you.
To stop spam, the contact form may use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks signals from your browser to tell people and bots apart.
Why we use it and our lawful basis

We don't sell your data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you. We won't add you to a mailing list.
Who we share it with
We only use service providers that need the data to do their job, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, security, spam protection and cookieless analytics
- Resend: delivering contact form submissions to our inbox
- Our email provider: storing our email correspondence
- Our accountants and professional advisers, where needed
Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations (including the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified) or by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't lead to work: up to 12 months, then deleted
- Client records: six years after our work together ends, for legal and tax purposes
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete
- delete your data
- restrict or object to how we use it
- transfer data you gave us to another organisation
Email hello@acgmedialtd.com to make a request. We'll reply within one month. It's free in most cases.
If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
Cookies
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, so there's no cookie banner. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site and the contact form from bots. These are exempt from consent because the site can't run securely without them.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
We'll update this notice if the way we use data changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
